1. What is the minimum order? There is NO MINIMUM order. Feel free to order anything you like without having to spend more than you wanted.

2. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary by weight and zip code. All shipping charges will be calculated before entering your payment information.

3. What shipping methods do you offer? We currently offer various shipping methods through UPS.

4. What types of payments do you accept? We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Money Orders.

6. Do you offer any types of discounts? Sorry, but we have our prices as low as we can get them already.

7. How do you ship during the Summer? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your items will not melt. We recommend 2 Day Air or Overnight shipping options. During the Summer months we use leak proof reusable non-toxic cold packs for all chocolate orders. We only ship out candy that requires ice packs on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent it from melting during shipment. NO REFUNDS ON MELTED CANDY!!!

8. Do you accept orders over the phone? Sorry, but we only accept orders our website.

9. Is your candy fresh? Yes, all expiration dates are checked before shipment.

10. Is there a return policy? If you received candy that is not the item you ordered - please call or email us within as soon as possible. Unfortunately, all candy is perishable and therefore NON-REFUNDABLE!
